1. What is the cost of your service?
Acoustical design service is not locked to one fixed price. A proposal with design fee and scope of services will be sent after initial contact with clients to identify the problem, goal and complexity of the project.
Audio Production service is offered at different rates, depending on the complexity of the project(s). Please contact to request a price offer.
2. How long does it take to finish a project?
We do NOT accept 'express' or rush project(s).
Acoustical design service requires initial investigation and communication with client before design phase is started. This back and forth communication will certainly takes time (sometimes weeks) to identify all problems and goals in a specific project. Please allow 1-2 weeks for initial investigation and communication to prepare the proposal. After the proposal is approved, we will start the design phase and usually takes 1-2 weeks for a small project.
3. Do you provide builder/installer for your acoustical design?
No, we do not. We only provide a design recommendation for architects. A lot of our clients are building their room without architect's help and most of them are doing well. We do not have any affiliations to other architects or contractors.
4. After you send the design documentation, how far will you support the project?
We are supporting your project if you follow what we suggested. If too much changes/alterations are done in the project, we are not supporting that anymore. Certainly, as client, you are welcome to ask for alternatives or changes to the design (maybe due to the cost or complexity or other). We hope this is discussed in advance so the design goal is not altered.
Since most of our works are performed long distance, we will "watch" the construction via pictures exchange only. We are supporting the design until the venue is running. If an acoustical problem arises after the construction, we will be happy to investigate further without any costs.
