Consulting Approach

Approaches are taken to provide every level of acoustical consulting services requested by clients.

Services are provided to deliver final product(s) with respects to the functional and objectives of clients,

end-users and/or other design professionals.

Regardless of project size and quantity, objectivity is prioritized to provide clients with professional

advices based on the proposal, timely response and design solutions within the project’s financial budget.

Contractual Agreement

Majority of projects are secured using a written agreement/proposal. Proposal outlines the scope

of services and fees that become the base of agreement through client countersignature. Exclusion of

written proposal includes phone/email project consultation, seminar/lecture, specific article use and/or

creation and other special cases which should be agreed orally in advance. Written statements are

always preferred as a guideline/base of a project.

Specific project which needs corrective acoustical design shall be continued by an initial investigative

phase followed by a corrective design phase and shall be established in the scope of service. Additional

agreement shall be signed/agreed preceding any unspecified scope of services on the previous proposal.

Technical Prediction/Measurements

Acoustical Measurements are frequently provided as part of services.

Data analysis and measurements are performed to meet established/local standards.

Computer modeling is frequently used as a way to understand and predict the

sound. Data analysis from the measurement can be compared and/or integrated to

the computerized analysis, enabling qualitative and quantitative acoustics to be

determined more accurately and efficiently.

Auralization is frequently performed to evaluate and/or predict the acoustical/system

design based on the acoustical measurements or computer modeling.

Analysis/measurement equipments include Electronic & Acoustic System Evaluation &

Response Analysis (EASERA), Enhanced Acoustic Simulator for Engineers (EASE),

EASERA Systune, and various application-specific calculators/programs.
